Each author can submit up to two (2) abstracts with one registration.
All presenting authors must be registered.
The registration form must be filled by the presenter.
Basic Registration fee includes participant name badge, meeting materials, access to scientific meetings and exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches and conference certificate.
Registration fee with Social Dinner includes all benefits of the Basic fee + Social Dinner on 30 October 2025.
*An accompanying person can only register together with a Full or PhD delegate and may not attend the symposium independently. The Accompanying person registration includes morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks, lunch each day, and access to the conference. Please email us when you complete an accompanying person registration!
The complete information for invoice must be filled within the Registration form.
